Our services are for the qualified individual with management experience or management group seeking a business with tremendous upside potential. Our clients do not want to become experts at finding and buying businesses - they want to apply their management skills as soon as possible. The types of businesses sought include: manufacturing, distribution, service and processors. These companies usually have a well-defined market niche that provides the company a competitive advantage.

Typically the acquisition candidate our client's seek is highly profitable and stable. Very often the challenges of the business exceed current management's abilities. Many clients find it advantageous to buy two or three smaller companies instead of one large company. This allows for diversification, economies of scale, vertical integration and domination of a market.

Our comprehensive valuation of the business includes investment analysis - both before and after debt service. Our valuations are credible, and affordable. In more than one instance they have swayed the seller's opinion so a win-win deal could be achieved.

Financing is an integral part of any acquisition. Our clients usually bring substantial assets to the table. We assist in securing financing from the seller, banks, private lenders and equity partners. Financing should never get in the way of a deal. There is never a problem financing a good, profitable business.

Our clients prefer to reduce their risk by having a larger pool of companies from which to choose. It is not uncommon for client's to look at dozens of companies; companies that meet their criteria and are profitable. Our system allows them to spend the majority of their time screening and analyzing - not searching. Very often our client is the only buyer talking to the seller.
